A Date Beneath the Surface

The night begins at 6pm in the historic Shaft House, where your host will welcome you with a glass of Seppelt sparkling and a taste of what’s to come. From there, you’ll head underground for a guided tour through the labyrinth of hand-dug cellars before being led to your dining drive.
