Your evening begins with a sparkling wine tasting and a shared grazing board at the Seppelt Cellar Door, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. From there, embark on a guided historical tour of the iconic Seppelt Underground Cellars. Along the way, pause at our Sparkling Wine Tasting Station, perfectly positioned at the walkway into the cellars, to enjoy another taste of Seppelt’s celebrated wines. The journey culminates in your underground dining space, where you’ll be seated for an exquisite three-course meal paired with Seppelt’s Foundation Range Wines. This unique event runs from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and requires a minimum of 12 guests to create the perfect atmosphere for a night of fine wine, exceptional food, and fascinating stories. $195 per person

Begin your evening with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. Embark on a guided historical tour through the iconic Seppelt Underground Cellars, where you’ll encounter three thoughtfully curated tasting stations. At each station, you’ll enjoy a selection of Seppelt Wines perfectly paired with delectable canapés, designed to enhance the flavours of our award-winning wines. Following the tour, you’ll be seated in your exclusive underground dining space to savour a sumptuous three-course meal. Each course is paired with Seppelt Icon Wines, including the highly coveted Show Sparkling Shiraz—a true highlight of the evening. This unique dining experience runs from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and requires a minimum of 12 guests to create the perfect atmosphere for an evening of fine wine, exceptional food, and captivating history. $275 per person
