Our dedicated and professional events team will demonstrate flexibility, imagination, and creativity in planning what will be an extraordinary event. The Events Manager will work closely with you from the initial planning, through to accommodation requirements, event room layouts, breakout facilities, AV requirements and menu planning. We have multiple spaces to cater to your specific needs. Seppelt Great Western has the capacity to cater for small or large events.

Conference Venues
Our 1892 Cellar has the capability to divide into two separate rooms via a dividing wall, an ideal feature when breakout rooms are required or our barrel lined “Barrel Hall” which is ideal for larger open spaced conferences. Both of these rooms can be set in multiple configurations to suit your conference requirements.

Great Western
Great Western is ideally located at the base of the Grampians National Park. The village is known as the “Wine and Food Village” and is the centre of the Grampians Wine Region, boasting multiple World Class wineries. The township is located on the Western Highway between Melbourne and Adelaide. First settled in the 1840s by sheep graziers, Great Western is the focal point of one of Australia’s internationally renowned wine-growing regions and is also home to the Great Western Hotel and the award-winning Salinger’s Café.
