Seppelt Great Western invites you to mark the end of the financial year in style with a limited-ticket Underground Dining experience like no other.

Set beneath the surface of one of Australia’s most historic wineries, this is a chance to step away from the spreadsheets and into a setting where 160 years of winemaking history surrounds you. Typically reserved for private groups, Underground Dining is now open for a select few to experience as part of this special EOFY event.

A Glimpse into the Past

In 1865, local gold miners were commissioned to dig a 3.5-kilometre labyrinth of underground cellars, now known as “The Drives”. Today, these tunnels offer more than just a window into the past, but serve as a truly unique setting for one of Victoria’s most memorable dining experiences.

An Evening to Celebrate

The evening begins at 6 pm in the Seppelt Shaft House, with a glass of Seppelt sparkling wine on arrival and a warm welcome from your host. From there, you’ll descend into the underground Drives for a guided tour, before taking your seat for dinner deep below the vines.
