Deriving its name from Victoria’s picturesque Jaluka Forest, Seppelt Jaluka Chardonnay is a bright, modern expression of Chardonnay from the cool-climate Henty region in South-West Victoria.
Crafted from premium Chardonnay parcels, including fruit from Seppelt’s prized Drumborg Vineyard, Jaluka captures the freshness, elegance and natural acidity of one of mainland Australia’s southernmost vineyard sites. Established in 1964, Drumborg brings distinctive cool-climate character to the wine, adding precision and refinement.
The 2019 Jaluka Chardonnay shows lively citrus and stone fruit characters, layered with a creamy texture and beautifully integrated French oak. Complex, refined and drinking beautifully now, it is a polished Chardonnay with freshness, depth and balance.
